Role Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team in selected regional operations. The ideal candidates will be dynamic professionals with a passion for identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and building long-term customer relationships. They will work closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
• Promote and market the company's range of tyres and batteries.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Generate and qualify sales leads while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements/Qualifications

• GCE Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
• Age between 18–35 years.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in the automotive industry) will be an added advantage.
• Valid Sri Lankan driving licence (Motorcycle/Light Vehicle).
