Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group's Total Rewards framework, including compensation, benefits, salary reviews, incentive schemes, and remuneration governance.
- Oversee payroll governance across Group entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to statutory, labour, and employment-related requirements and maintain the Group's HR compliance framework.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes in line with legal, regulatory, and business requirements.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee administration, offboarding, and final settlements.
- Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, control, service delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee HRIS data integrity, HR audits, compliance reviews, workforce reporting, and governance requirements.
- Manage employee benefits, insurance programmes, vendors, and service providers while providing HR insights to support business decisions.
Qualification
- Hands-on experience in successfully implementing a Group-wide HRIS, including time & attendance, leave management, and payroll integration. Highly proficient in HR analytics, workforce data management and dashboard development, with the ability to translate people data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, statutory compliance, labour regulations, and HR governance.
- Experience managing large-scale payroll, compensation, and benefits frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and service delivery processes.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
