We strive to give our clients a chance to get inside the skin of the country for an insider perspective through the immersive experiences we offer. We specialize in carefully tailoring themed experiences to different desires of our clientele.
As we expand our business, we seek an energetic, agile, and experienced travel coordinator to join our team. This will be a hybrid role with more weightage on remote work. If you are passionate about travel and enjoying crafting, and coordinating memorable holidays, this is the perfect role. We are looking for a candidate who is great at customer service and can influence customers positively.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, competently, and professionally and convert them into bookings
- Drive sales to reach the monthly and annual targets and Individual KPIs
- Coordinate with stakeholders at hotels, transport companies, and Experience providers to make reservations and payments in line with the tour itinerary
- Create invoices, vouchers, purchase orders
- Communicate with operation partners and other stakeholders to create travel programs/quotes
- Work closely with the co-founders of the company in identifying sales opportunities
- Maintain documentation and other important records
- You will need to work with the founders on creating content for various campaign
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or advanced course/diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business (completed or currently reading for).
- The candidate should have at least 2 years of exposure in the travel industry.
- English and communication skills. The candidate should be able to confidently communicate.
- You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi task and work independently. You must also be a fast learner.
