Key Responsibilities
- Create itineraries to fulfil travellers' requirements.
- Respond to incoming inquiries accurately & promptly.
- Create costing for each travel request.
- Make sure the tours are completed smoothly.
- Take ownership of every incoming service, follow up and maintain it with internal & external parties.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a similar role in customer service.
- Trainee Tour Executive position: Freshers are welcome! Full training will be provided.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong communication skills is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications with practical hands-on experience is required.
- Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with efficiency, accuracy, and a proactive approach.
- A diploma or a certificate/professional qualification in the Tourism or Hospitality Industry.
- Must be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
