Trainee Client Relationship Manager

Job Role:

• Handle our Overseas client's inbound and outbound client calls professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Acknowledge order requests and entertain into the system.
• Coordinate between internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle and resolve client queries effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work US working hours (SL Time 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM).
• Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn.
• Candidates who have recently completed their G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examinations, with results pending, are welcome to apply.
