Your Role

• Promote and canvass our lending products and services
• Achieve monthly targets
• Cross-sell other products and services offered by the company
• Apply deliberate strategies to attract new customers
• Implement and maintain a sales plan in line with management guidance
• Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to generate new business
• Strictly adhere to the "Know Your Customer" policy
• Follow company standards for promotional and communication materials

Qualifications & Skills

• Aged between 19 and 24
• Three passes at the G.C.E. A/L examination and a minimum of C passes in English and Mathematics at the G.C.E. O/L examination
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with clients
• A quick, proactive approach
• A positive attitude
