Synergy Bio (Pvt) Ltd is a Sri Lankan scientific solutions company providing laboratory instruments, laboratory consumables, cleanroom solutions, laboratory furniture, and turnkey solutions to government, private-sector, healthcare, research, food, environmental, and industrial laboratories. We are looking for a highly organized and results-oriented Trainee Tendering Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor government and private-sector tender opportunities relevant to laboratory instruments, consumables, furniture, cleanroom solutions, and equipment.
• Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, quotations, technical compliance documents, and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, product specialists, sales teams, and management to obtain required technical and commercial information.
• Coordinate bid bonds, tender deposits, performance bonds, authorization letters, manufacturer certificates, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, Finance, Imports, and Administration teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded tenders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and ethical business practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• A/L Science / Math / Tech / Diploma or a related field.
• Previous experience in tendering, procurement, sales administration, or commercial operations, preferably in laboratory, medical, scientific, engineering, or industrial products.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Sinhala; Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
• Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments.
