The Job

The selected individual will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing comprehensive training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills and productivity of the Sales Force. The role requires in-depth understanding of life insurance products, sales processes and expertise in designing engaging training content aligned with company objectives, including identifying training needs and managing a comprehensive calendar covering sales, product, soft skills and leadership trainings.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in sales training, sales management or distribution management
• Experience in the life insurance sector will be a definite advantage
• Excellent Sinhala communication skills. Proficiency in Tamil language will be an advantage
