Training Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive Group Learning & Development strategy and annual training plan together with Head of Training & Development.
- Identify development needs through performance, operational requirements and general company needs.
- Design and conceptualize engaging programmes in service, leadership and personal development.
- Drive established talent development initiatives.
- Work closely with Property Heads and HODs to ensure learning translates into improved performance and behaviour on the job.
- Develop internal trainers and strengthen a culture of continuous learning across Jetwing.
- Measure training effectiveness and provide meaningful L&D insights and reports to management.
Requirements
- Degree in Management, Training & Development or a related field.
- 5+ years' relevant experience, preferably within a service industry.
- Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
- The ability to engage and influence people at all levels.
- Creative, energetic and practical, with a passion for developing people and improving performance.
