The Role:
We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and well-organized Manager – Transport & Administration to oversee the company's logistics transportation operations and general administrative activities. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods while maintaining effective coordination vehicle management, and administrative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate logistics transportation operations, including inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Plan and monitor daily transportation schedules, routes, and vehicle allocation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouse, production, and other departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Supervise drivers and transportation staff and monitor their performance.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, repairs, insurance, licenses, and related documentation.
• Monitor fuel consumption and transportation costs.
• Maintain accurate vehicle, transport, and logistics records.
• Ensure the safe and timely transportation of company goods and materials.
• Handle general administrative activities and ensure smooth day-to-day administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics transportation and administration.
• Previous experience in a similar managerial or supervisory position will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of logistics transportation and vehicle management.
• Good leadership, coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage drivers and transportation staff effectively.
• Good knowledge of vehicle documentation, maintenance, and transportation records.
