Globactiv Transport (Pvt) Ltd. invites you to become a part of our vibrant team. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, dynamic and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Transport Coordinator in our Transport Team.

Requirements : -

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the similar Role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in English. (Added advantage)
• Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.
• Willingness to work late hours when necessary.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Plan, schedule and allocate deliveries and collections, optimizing routes for efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Provide ongoing support to drivers, helping to resolve issues, ensuring they are compliant with regulations, and managing their expectations.
• Act as a liaison between drivers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Book transport, confirm site requirements, and communicate potential delays to stakeholders.
• Address and resolve operational issues, such as delivery conflicts or equipment problems, often requiring quick thinking and on-the-spot solutions.
