Requirements

• Proven experience in the Travel Trade (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Fluency in GDS (Amadeus & Galileo) with hands-on experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, and Sinhala.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Computer literacy and attention to detail.

Location

Work from our office in Sri Lanka.

Working Hours

09:00 AM – 05:30 PM (UK Time), Monday to Friday.
