Location: REMOTE - PANADURA

This role is for someone who works fast and follows through. You will handle live WhatsApp enquiries, understand traveller needs, prepare clear travel options quickly, and follow up until the booking is confirmed or closed.

What You Will Do

• Handle incoming WhatsApp enquiries quickly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements for flights, hotels, tours, visas, transfers and holiday packages.
• Prepare quotations and tailor-made travel options with clear inclusions and pricing.
• Follow up every serious enquiry and work actively to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to check rates, availability and booking details.
• Keep enquiry and booking records organised and up to date.

What We Need

• Previous experience in travel consulting or travel sales is mandatory.
• You must be living in Panadura or very close to Panadura.
• You must attend one in-person team meeting in Panadura every week.
• You must be comfortable working on a shift basis.
• Fast working style is essential: quick reading, quick replies, quick quotations and good follow-up discipline.
• You must have your own good-quality PC or laptop, reliable internet and a proper home-working setup from day one.
