Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing tailor-made itineraries for clients
- Liaise with hotels, suppliers and partners to ensure seamless service
- Respond to enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle bookings, reservations and travel documentation
- Support marketing and sales activities as needed
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for travel and hospitality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in travel, tourism or hospitality is an added advantage
