Key Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
• Ability to generate business and an existing customer base will be considered a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of GDS reservation systems will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Pleasant personality with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Computer literacy is essential.
