Qualifications

• Well Curated Knowledge in Travel and Tourism in Sri Lanka.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English (Both Writing and Speaking).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Task Oriented and Highly Committed to Deadlines.
• Needs to be Available Round the Clock Providing the Client Satisfaction When Required.
• Client Persuasive Personality.
• Self Motivated individual who provides Customer Service for International Travelers with outstanding skills for customer care.
• Willingly Offers Assistance to Team Members Within and Across Teams.
• Age below 30 years.
• Degree/ Diploma in the Required Field of Travel, Tourism and Marketing.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine Clients' Needs and Suggestions to Create Suitable Travel Itineraries.
• Organize Travels from Beginning to End, Including Excursions, Accommodation and Transportation.
• Supply Travelers with Pertinent Information and Useful Travel Holiday Materials.
• Understand the Key Principles of Sales Programs and Handling Clients.
• Create Costings for Each Travel Package.
• Initializing the Reservations Ensuring a Flawless Check in and Checkout Process.
• Participate in occasional Client Meet-Ups and Hotel Inspections.
