Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer correspondence is dealt swiftly and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
• Book travel arrangements as required.
• Consistently achieve individual sales and performance goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Travel / Ticketing Executive:
  • Junior Executives: 1+ years of experience
  • Senior Executives: 3+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience using at least one GDS (Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre).
• IATA qualified or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, motivated, results-driven and willing to take initiative.
• Have a passion for customer service.
• Exceptional attention to detail and love problem solving.
• Should be flexible to work on a rotating roster.
