Travel Executive

We are looking for Travel Executive to be a part of the Difference!

Requirements

• Partly or fully qualified in IATA.
• Degree in tourism, hospitality or related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar capacity.
• Proficient in GDS (Global Distribution System).
• Ability to attend with work with minimal supervision which includes handling Corporate/FIT clients and be a team player.
• Passion for service excellence, good interpersonal skills in English, Sinhala/Tamil.

Responsibilities

• Understand the travel requirements of the client and provide information based on available packages/requirements/requests of the client.
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, arrange itineraries and secure the travel documents.
• Provide cost estimates and manage the travel budgets.
• Coordinate with service providers.
• Offer pre trip advice and support.
• Promote travel packages and deals.
• Stay updated on travel trends and destinations.
