TREASURY MANAGER

Opera Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, one of Sri Lanka's leading export companies and a subsidiary of Opera Ingredient Global.As we continue our expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Treasury Manager to strengthen our finance team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the company's daily cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
• Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with commercial banks and financial institutions.
• Negotiate and manage banking facilities including overdrafts, term loans, trade finance, and working capital facilities.
• Handle import and export financing, Letters of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, documentary collections, and other trade finance instruments.
• Manage foreign currency transactions and monitor foreign exchange exposure.
• Ensure timely debt servicing and compliance with loan covenants.
• Support funding requirements for procurement, manufacturing, and export operations.
• Monitor treasury risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare treasury reports, banking analyses, and financial presentations for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• Fully or partly qualified CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, or CMA.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in export-oriented manufacturing, FMCG, or agribusiness will be a distinct advantage.
• Strong knowledge of trade finance, foreign exchange management, and banking operations.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

JOB LOCATION

Corporate Office – Kandy, Sri Lanka
Willingness to travel Occasionally to the company's manufacturing facilities located across Sri Lanka.
