Create high-volume, creator-style content that brings Carnage products to life through try-ons, training, and social-first videos — from concept to final edit.

What you'll do

• Shoot and edit UGC / EGC content
• Come up with creative concepts
• Shoot mostly on phone, in natural settings: gyms, runs, stores, the office, the street.
• Produce multiple hooks, openings and CTAs per concept so the paid team can test on.
• Deliver cut-downs in 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1, with and without captions and voiceover.
• Rework winning ads into fresh variants before they fatigue.
• Edit fast in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Keep a clean, tagged library of raw footage and finished assets.
• Capture new collections, restocks, store events and in-store moments across Carnage locations.
• Film behind-the-scenes content from shoots, sponsorships and team events.
• Brief, direct and co-create with ambassadors, athletes and micro-creators.
• Help build a repeatable UGC brief template and review incoming creator content against it.
• Track trending audio, formats and competitor creative daily.
• Review performance weekly with marketing and double down on what converts.

What you bring

• Creating short-form content, as a creator, for brands, or both. A portfolio of Reels or TikToks is required.
• Strong phone filming skills: framing, lighting, audio and shooting for the edit.
• Fast editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN or similar.
• A clear grasp of what makes a hook work in the first 3 seconds.
• Comfortable with a high-volume, fast-feedback pace.
• Your own following on Instagram or TikTok in fitness, lifestyle or fashion.
• Experience making creative for Meta or TikTok ads and reading ad metrics.
• Basic motion graphics or design (After Effects, Canva, Figma).
• Experience directing other creators or talent on set.
