Video Content Creator & Creative Designer

Role Summary

BISTEC Global Services is seeking a versatile and proactive Video Content Creator & Creative Designer. This role focuses on capturing the essence of our company—including our workforce, technological advancements, and client success stories—to build engaging narratives across various digital platforms and internal channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality video content, ranging from client testimonials and case studies to event coverage and culture-focused videos.
• Develop diverse video formats optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Design branded marketing assets, including social media graphics and professional presentations.
• Manage the full production lifecycle, including filming with professional lighting and audio equipment, as well as post-production editing.
• Collaborate with leadership and various departments to extract and transform meaningful stories into compelling visual content.
• Utilize modern AI tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of creative output.
• Organize and maintain a structured digital library of all media assets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 4+ years of professional background in content creation, video production, or graphic design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent software.
• Production Skills: Proven ability in videography, lighting, audio recording, and visual storytelling.
• Platform Knowledge: Expertise in creating content tailored for social media trends (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, effective communication, and the capacity to manage projects from initial concept to completion.
• Preferred: Additional expertise in animation, motion graphics, or professional photography.
