Media Documentation and Video Production Consultant (Individual or Organization)

Role Summary
The consultancy will document DVV International's programme implementation through photography and videography to demonstrate the impact of DVV International and its partner organizations in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture a balanced collection of wide, medium, and close-up images reflecting participation, demonstrations, interaction, and community engagement.
- Produce high-quality photography and video documentation.
- Deliver final products including edited photos and videos.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Proven experience in professional photography and videography.
- Access to professional photography, audio recording, and editing equipment.
- Ability to deliver high-quality edited photos and videos.
Expected Outputs
- A high-quality collection of edited raw photographs from programme activities.
- Approximately five documentary videos (6 to 7 minutes each) covering activities, training, and overall DVV International Sri Lanka programme.
- Short highlight videos (approximately 10 minutes each) introducing programmes and representatives.
- Additional promotional photos and social media clips.
Payment
Payment will be made in two instalments:
- 50% upon signing the consultancy agreement.
- 50% upon satisfactory completion and acceptance of all deliverables.
Travel, accommodation, and meals required for approved field assignments will be reimbursed in accordance with DVV International policies.
