Villa Managers / Property Heads

We are looking for passionate and experienced hospitality leaders to oversee our luxury villa properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations across our portfolio of boutique villas:

• SOL House (Mirissa)
• No.77 Leyn Baan (Galle fort)
• Villa Serenity (Hatton)
• The Alcove (Colombo 07)

Responsibilities

• Ownership of day-to-day operations.
• Drive personalized guest service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Manage staff schedules, training, performance and discipline.
• Maintain cleanliness, grooming, service standards and SOP complying.
• Control stock, purchasing and budgets; coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate with guests, management, owners and suppliers.

Required

• 3+ years' leadership experience in villa, luxury hotel, boutique property or similar hospitality operations, including independent property management or leadership of a villa operation.
• Strong leadership, guest relations and problem-solving skills, with sound knowledge of hospitality operations, team management and service standards.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to manage competing priorities while maintaining service quality.

Preferred

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Experience with staff recruitment, training and performance management in luxury villas, boutique hotels or high-end hospitality
• Sound knowledge of budgeting, cost control and property-level operational management
