We are looking for a dedicated and experienced hospitality professional to join Villa Lana as our Villa Manager and lead the delivery of an exceptional luxury guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for premium hospitality, attention to detail and a genuine desire to create memorable stays for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for Villa Lana's daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination of all activities and delivering an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
  • Welcome guests on arrival as the primary point of contact, understand their preferences, anticipate their needs, and provide a personalised five-star hospitality experience.
  • Lead, organise and supervise villa staff, ensuring high standards of service, professionalism, teamwork and presentation are constantly maintained.
  • Coordinate villa operations including housekeeping, security, transportation and guest activities in collaboration with the Chef and owners.
  • Ensure all property requirements including purchasing, inventory, control supplier coordination and maintenance of records to ensure efficient resource management.
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles, bookings, special requests and service arrangements while ensuring guest privacy, safety, security and compliance with relevant operational standards.
  • Contribute new ideas and opportunities to enhance service quality, improve operational efficiency and strengthen Villa Lana's reputation as a premium luxury destination.

Qualifications

  • A recognised qualification in hospitality management or equivalent professional education, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels or similar guest-focused environments.
  • Proven experience managing luxury hospitality operations, leading teams, coordinating daily villa activities and maintaining exceptional service standards for international guests.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and guest relationship-management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, handle requests professionally and create memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and operational management abilities, including staff supervision, supplier coordination, inventory control, record keeping and efficient resource management.
  • A warm, professional and proactive personality with strong attention to detail, discretion and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining Villa Lana's premium service standards.
