Graphic Designer - Delmege Group

Role Summary

Delmege is one of Sri Lanka’s most respected and diversified conglomerates with a footprint in Interior Decor & Lifestyle Solutions, Healthcare, FMCG, Energy Solutions, Insurance Brokering, Shipping and Logistics, Travel and Aviation. We are seeking a passionate professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms, including websites, company profiles, newsletters, internal circulars, and greeting cards.
• Assist in the layout and visual structuring of the Brand Guidelines Manual.
• Translate brand elements (logos, colours, typography, imagery) into well-organised, user-friendly layouts.
• Ensure consistency across all brand assets and applications.
• Support the rollout of branding across internal and external platforms.
• Collaborate with other clusters/service units to obtain briefs for newsletters, profiles, and website updates.
• Update the Brand Guidelines manual, websites, and company profiles as required.
• Perform additional responsibilities as delegated by management.

Qualifications & Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Designing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop).
• Working knowledge of other design and presentation tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Experience using AI & Digital Design Tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI platforms.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for detail and composition.
• Ability to interpret briefs and turn ideas into impactful visuals.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
