Visual Design Specialist

Role Summary

Elcardo Industries (Pvt) Ltd is a well-established manufacturing company and the first ever Roller Door Company to be awarded with ISO 9001:2015. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Nawala.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality social media posts, banners, flyers, advertisements, signboards, and other marketing materials.
• Design creative artworks for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, print media, and digital campaigns.
• Work with the marketing team to develop professional designs according to brand guidelines.
• Edit and retouch product photos, company photos, and promotional images.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with correct sizes, bleed, resolution, and file formats.
• Support urgent design requirements for company promotions, vacancies, events, and product campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in colours, fonts, layout, and overall brand identity.
• Handle multiple design tasks and complete work within given deadlines.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is required.
• Basic knowledge of social media post design and print artwork preparation.
• Creative thinking with a good sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual balance.
• Ability to design corporate, promotional, and product-related artworks.
• Knowledge of image editing, background removal, photo retouching, and mockup preparation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to understand design briefs clearly.
• Previous experience in graphic designing will be an added advantage.
