Job Requirements

• Nursing NVQ Level 4 / Diploma or relevant qualification
• Age between 20–40 Years
• Minimum 1-year experience in a similar reputed hospital or healthcare institution
• SLMC / SLNC / PHSRC / NAITA certification will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ready to work as a team player, dynamic with drive and ambition
• Living in close proximity to Kadawatha will be an added advantage

Ward Master Requirements

• Previous experience in ward management in a reputed hospital or healthcare institution
• Strong leadership and staff coordination skills
• Good knowledge of patient care, ward management and hospital procedures
• Ability to handle patients, staff and hospital operations effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work on a shift basis
• Living in close proximity to Kadawatha will be an added advantage
