We are seeking a Manager – Warehouse & Inventory Control to oversee warehouse operations and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock control, efficient storage and handling, timely dispatches, and smooth coordination across warehouse, logistics, and internal departments.

Job Role

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations efficiently
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management.
• Monitor goods receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch processes.
• Maintain proper inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Implement effective warehouse systems and procedures to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff while ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.

Ideal Profile

• Degree in Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• MBA in related field will be a definite advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, stock reconciliation, and warehouse management practices.
• Practical experience in SAP will be a definite advantage.
• Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Male candidates are preferred for this position.
