Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations supporting the Body Shop.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and issue spare parts, materials, tools, and consumables.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment of required items.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of body shop materials.
• Coordinate with the Body Shop, Service, Procurement, and Accounts teams regarding material requirements.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with physical stock verification.
• Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and unnecessary wastage.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
• Ensure materials are issued according to approved requirements and internal procedures.
• Support other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, preferably within an automotive/body shop environment, will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory handling and stock control procedures.
• Good computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
