Role Summary

Trade Promoters Limited (TPL), established in 1976, is the authorized sole distributor in Sri Lanka and the Maldives for Cummins Inc. TPL provides reliable solutions for the power generation and marine industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR), receive and inspect incoming stock, maintain accurate records (GRN, AOD), and conduct periodic stock audits.
• Stock Control: Ensure proper storage and labeling, monitor stock levels for replenishment, prevent shortages/overstocking, and organize inventory via ABC classification.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare stock and movement reports, manage Goods-in-Transit (GIT) documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments; assist in loading, unloading, and organizing goods.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Certificate in Warehouse Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity (spare parts).
• Age between 25-35.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and computer literacy.
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
