Warehouse Inventory Clerk

Role Summary

Uga Chena Huts – Yala is seeking a Storekeeper to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving, issuing and safeguarding inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with department heads to support the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure stock accuracy, timely issuance of materials, and proper inventory control.
• Maintain accurate stock records and store documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with operational departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Prioritize tasks to maintain efficient store operations.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar Storekeeper role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of inventory control procedures, stock management, GRNs, bin cards, and inventory systems.
• Skills: Well-organized, dependable team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Education: A qualification in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Accounting is preferred.
