Role Summary

Position: Stores In-charge (Permanent/Contract)

Requirements/Qualifications

External Applicants:

• G.C.E. O/L: Passed 6 subjects in one sitting with credit passes for English and Sinhala, including 4 subjects with credit passes.
• G.C.E. A/L: Passed.
• Additional qualification: A recognized certificate in Store Management (not less than 6 months) and 1 year of relevant work experience.

Internal Applicants:

• Must have completed 5 years of satisfactory service in a clerical or technical grade at Kalubowitiyana Tea Factory Ltd.
• Additional qualification: A recognized certificate in Store Management (not less than 6 months) is considered an added qualification.

Age Limit: Between 18 and 45 years (No upper age limit for internal applicants).

Salary/Benefits

Salary Scale: Rs. 51,443.60 - 3 x 1,025.00 - 54,518.80 (As per 2026/28 Collective Agreement).
