Role Summary

Adamjee Lukmanjee Group of Companies is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, goods receiving, storing, and dispatching.
• Ensure accurate stock records and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor and implement standard store procedures and policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet operational requirements and timelines.
• Manage warehouse staff and allocate tasks effectively during shifts.
• Ensure adherence to safety and organizational standards in all warehouse activities.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in warehouse operations is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in the SAP system for inventory and warehouse management.
• Strong understanding of stores procedures and inventory controls.
• Educational qualifications in Supplies and Material Management will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in shifts and extra hours based on organizational needs.
• Should reside near Ja-Ela or Thudella for easy commute.
• Energetic and self-motivated, below 35 years of age.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
