Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Role Summary

Royal Cashew Group of Companies is looking for a Logistic Executive (Stores) to join their team. The role is based in Gampaha (Kirindivita) and is a Full Time position in a dynamic and growth-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stores operations including receipt, storage, issuance, and delivery of raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of stores records in ERP and manual registers.
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are followed.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Quality Assurance teams for smooth material flow.
• Prepare stock reports, GRNs, issue notes, and other stores-related reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the stores area.
• Support in inventory planning and control to minimize stock shortages and overstock.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse operations (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industry).
• Good knowledge of inventory management methods and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
