Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily duties.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper stock control.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch operations.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food products.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Transport, and other relevant departments.
• Prepare warehouse reports and maintain necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Educational qualification in Warehouse, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in warehouse management.
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor.
• Experience in the HORECA / Food Service industry will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English, with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Candidates residing in Wattala, Ja-Ela, Seeduwa, Negombo, or nearby areas are preferred.
