Role Summary

Tiara Marketing Co. is a subsidiary of Radiant Confectioners (Pvt) Ltd, supporting the group’s marketing, sales coordination, and commercial operations. The company plays a key role in strengthening brand presence and ensuring efficient market distribution across multiple trade channels in Sri Lanka.

Sapugaskanda, Sri Lanka

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, stores, and inventory.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and inventory/accounting systems.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate daily operations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and inventory control.
• Coordinate warehouse operations, dispatch, and logistics.
• Oversee stock accuracy, stock counts, and documentation.
• Handle returns and online order fulfillment.
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations.
• Prepare reports and support cross-functional teams as needed.
