Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Warehouse Manager in planning and managing daily operations
• Monitor stock movements and ensure inventory accuracy
• Supervise receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Transport for timely order fulfilment
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Implement stock control procedures and conduct regular stock counts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety requirements
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory control
• Plywood, timber or building materials experience an advantage
• Sound knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and ERP systems
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team coordination ability
• Fluent Sinhala; basic English communication skills
• G.C.E. A/L required; Diploma/Degree in Logistics/SCM an advantage
