Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day procurement requirements and supplier coordination.
- Coordinate with Head Office on PR / MRN / PO / GRN processes.
- Oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient stock management.
- Maintain inventory control of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Engineering items, and machine spare parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Procurement, Stores, Warehouse, or Inventory Control.
- Strong purchasing, negotiation, and supplier coordination skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel is preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and handle urgent operational requirements.
- Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / aquaculture will be an added advantage.
