System Operator (Warehouse Systems)

Location: DGL Free Zone (Pvt) Ltd at Katunayake Export Processing Zone.

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented System Operator (Warehouse Systems) to manage stock records, monitor reorder points, reconcile discrepancies, and support inventory accuracy. This role is vital to ensure smooth operations and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Warehouse Management System for daily warehouse operations.
• Perform system transactions related to receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records and system updates.
• Generate operational reports and support warehouse teams with system-related activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations and other relevant teams to resolve system issues.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Previous experience in warehouse operations and inventory control will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of warehouse processes and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• GCE A/L.
• Experience in a high-volume warehouse or 3PL environment in Sri Lanka is essential.
• Preference will be given to those with a background in the apparel or FMCG sectors.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic operational setting.
