Web and Digital Solutions Business Analyst

At eBEYONDS, an International eBusiness and Digital Marketing Solutions Company serving a prestigious clientele, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst to drive business analysis, solution definition, and client engagement across digital projects.

You will work directly with clients to understand their business, customer and digital requirements and translate them into well-structured website and platform solutions. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, content teams and digital marketers throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery and solution definition to implementation, UAT and launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to understand business objectives, target audiences, customer journeys and digital requirements.
• Analyze websites, digital platforms, online channels and business processes to identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Define website scope, information architecture, sitemaps, page-level requirements, user journeys, functional modules and third-party integrations.
• Gather and document business, functional, content, integration and non-functional requirements through briefs, BRDs, functional specs, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into practical solutions for websites, web applications, eCommerce solutions and broader digital ecosystems.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, development, architecture and QA teams to validate designs, clarify requirements, support testing and coordinate UAT and client acceptance.
• Support project planning and delivery across scope, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, issues and change requests.
• Define requirements related to usability, responsiveness, accessibility, SEO, performance, analytics, privacy, security, compliance, APIs and third-party integrations.
• Assess clients' digital presence and contribute to current-state assessments, roadmaps, KPIs and continuous optimisation initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including website, web application or eCommerce projects.
• Strong understanding of the complete website development lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through UX/UI, development, testing, content population and launch.
• Ability to gather and document business, functional, content, integration and non-functional requirements.
• Experience preparing website briefs, BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, user journeys, sitemaps and acceptance criteria.
