Role Summary

eBEYONDS, an international eBusiness & Digital Marketing Solutions Company, is looking for a talented and experienced Creative Web Designer to join our growing team of creatives.

Requirements/Qualifications

The ideal candidate is required to possess:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma, or equivalent industry experience.
• Extensive experience designing UIs for complex products, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership.
• Strong visual design skills with the ability to present and communicate design concepts to senior stakeholders and customers.
• Deep understanding of low- and high-fidelity design, prototyping workflows, and modern UI patterns.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Strong awareness of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and inclusive UI/UX practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and related design tools.
• Experience conducting or analysing user research, usability testing, and observational studies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments.
• Exposure to working with US/ EU clients.
