The Role

We are seeking a service-oriented Butler to elevate the guest experience at Kayaam Wellness. As a key point of contact, you will deliver personalized service, ensuring that every guest's stay is seamless, comfortable, and truly memorable.

From coordinating arrivals and in-room services to curating exclusive experiences and supporting daily guest needs, you will play a vital role in creating emotional connections and enhancing our legendary standards of hospitality.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Front Office, Housekeeping or Food & Beverage within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Proficient in managing guest requests, coordinating internal services, and handling guest preferences seamlessly.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• In-depth understanding of luxury guest expectations, with proven expertise in delivering personalized service and high-end hospitality.
