Role Summary

Suwasevana Hospital is a pioneer in the private healthcare sector in the Central Province. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Guidance & Support: Act as the main point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and heard.
• Fair Conflict Resolution: Handle patient concerns, feedback, and queries with absolute fairness, empathy, and professionalism.
• Active Care Coordination: Maintain an active presence on the floor to direct patients smoothly through consultations, appointments, and procedures.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing (or a related field) will be an added advantage.
• Active, energetic, and organized mindset with strong multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Empathetic and patient-centric approach to problem-solving.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
