Role Summary
Join MAS Legato, the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, as an Intern in the Workforce Management team. This is a 4-month internship designed for individuals who have just completed their Advance Level examination or are an Undergraduate in HR. You will play a pivotal role in driving transformation within a future-ready organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support a range of employee lifecycle management activities, providing exposure to key HR operations including:
- Staff and team member onboarding
- EPF/ETF registrations
- Personal file maintenance
Requirements/Qualifications
- Recently completed Advance Level examination or currently an Undergraduate in HR
- Enthusiastic and detail-oriented
- Proficient in both English and Sinhala
- Strong computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
