Role Summary:

Join MAS Legato, the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, as an Intern in our Workforce Management team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment and play a pivotal role in driving transformation within a future-ready organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a range of employee lifecycle management activities.
• Provide exposure to key HR operations, focusing on staff and team member onboarding.
• Handle EPF/ETF registrations and personal file maintenance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Completed or currently an Undergraduate in Human Resources.
• Enthusiastic and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in both English and Sinhala.
• Strong computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
