EL-TORO Roofing Products Ltd is a pioneer industry in Sri Lanka providing a range of eco-friendly products for total roofing solutions. We are seeking qualified and experienced personnel to join our Engineering Team at our state-of-the-art production facility in Chilaw.

Requirements

Workshop Supervisor - Mechanical

• GCE (O/L) qualified.
• Professional Qualification in Engineering / NVQ Level 4/5 is essential.
• Good knowledge in computer literacy (MS Excel).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience including 3-year foreman/Supervisor level in a plant environment.
• Age not more than 40 years.
• Work knowledge of ISO Standards (EMS / OSH).
• Work knowledge in a PLC & Automation system.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player.
• Able to work long hours & on a shift basis.

Welder Fitter / Millwright Fitter / Plant Fitter / Electrician

• NVQ Level 3 or 4/5 qualification (1 or 2-year course in a recognized institution).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity in the manufacturing sector.
• Ability to work long hours in the factory (Chilaw) and be a good team player.
• Age should be below 45 years.

Location

Factory: Anawilundawa, Chilaw. Applicants residing in Chilaw & nearby areas or willing to get boarded are encouraged to apply.

Salary/Benefits

The selected candidate will be compensated in par with industry standards based on qualifications and experience.
