Workshop Manager - Kandy

Premadasas Gems & Jewellery (Pvt) Ltd is a pioneer in the gems and Jewellery industry in Sri Lanka, established in the year 1956. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Workshop Manager to oversee our jewellery manufacturing workshop.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the jewellery manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in managing jewellery workshop operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of jewellery production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations and production activities.
• Supervise and motivate the production team.
• Ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
