Key Responsibilities

• Workshop technical supervisory duties
• Supervising workshop staff and operations
• Utilizing and managing tools and equipment
• PDI and Assembly technical supervision
• Ensuring Workshop Safety and cleanliness

Requirements/Qualifications

• Technician / Motor Vehicle Technician diploma
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Workshop Supervisor
• Experience in agricultural machinery is an advantage
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot faults
